Calem Viluan

I'm Calem, a product manager and builder with a lifelong passion for product, engineering, and design. I'm based in Las Vegas with over 12 years of experience across technology, operations, and business strategy.

In college I studied physics and mathematics before leaving to build a career, though I never stopped studying independently.

The early part of my career was focused on sales and direct marketing, where I trained and mentored teams of sales professionals.

Once Covid-19 hit and lockdowns became widespread, I pivoted into a remote, office-based role, which is where my path toward product started.

In 2022, I was discovered by Karetha Strand of MachineGenius, who catalyzed my product management career. I learned fast, progressing from product analyst to product owner to product manager in just a few years.

I owe my fast progress to all the product and engineering experts who graciously took me under their wings and mentored me.
